The grocery shops at Itwari Maskasath market will remain closed on Saturdays and Sundays whereas on other days the shops will remain open from 9 am to 4 pm as the city is under strict restriction.
This decision was taken by Itwari Kirana Merchants Association. The president of the association Prakashchandra Goyal has expressed the concern over rising Covid cases in the city. He said from Monday to Friday the supply of essential commodities will continue for the people. Goyal has also appealed to the traders to follow government’s guidelines that have been issued to curb the Covid cases.
