As we know the city is undergoing through a difficult situation due to the lack of oxygen for Covid patients. Amid this situation, trees which are abundant with oxygen are chopped in night at Ambazari garden. As per information, the work from Dharampeth College T-point to Amravati Road has been going on for last few months.
Apart from this some developmental works are also underway in Ambazari Garden area and trees are being cut for that. As per information, the trees are being cut down at night and loaded into a truck and it is cover with leaves and shrubs so that people will not notice. The Garden department of civic body is ignorant and aware about this. And it is said that the department has given permission to cut 1000 trees in the area.
