Nagpurians to continue waiting to COVID vaccine as Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) has run out its stock of vaccines and therefore no vaccination will be administered on July 2.
There has been no supply of Covishield from State government and hence on Tuesday and now again on
Wednesday the ongoing drive of inoculation is going to be affected.
NMC said that only three centres would remain open in city on Wednesday, that to for providing second dose of Covaxin to 45-year plus category only and also for those who took first dose in 18-44 years age group, said Ram Joshi, Additional Municipal Commissioner.

Covaxin vaccine for citizens above 45 years of age Government will be available at Medical College, Barrister Rajabhau Khobragade Hall, Siddharth Nagar, Behind Ashinagar Zone (Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Hospital) and Late Prabhakar Datke and NMC Diagnosis Center, Mahal.
Also, those who have taken the first dose of covaxin in the age group of 18 to 44 years will be given the second dose at Government Medical College and Late Prabhakar Datke Municipal Corporation Mahal Diagnosis Center. Online registration is must.
