A thief who tried to break an ATM Machine of State Bank of India ATM on Monday in Narendra Nagar under Beltarodi Police station had to face difficulty in opening the machine.
Frustrated over several failed attempts to rob the ATM he left the machine severely damaged informed Beltarodi Police.
He managed to remove the panel, but could not break the lock of the safe box .
The incident came in light after some locals visited the ATM to withdraw cash.
There were no security personnel appointed at the ATM. Beltarodi Police have started scanning the CCTV footage of the ATM. Further investigation is underway.
