Maa Vaishnavi Education Society held a function on Wednesday to inaugurate renovation work of Shanti Vidya Bhavan English School run by it at Digdoh, MIDC, Hingna. Senior Journalist and President of Hingna Patrakar Sansgh Ramesh Patil inaugurated the work.
On the occasion, Dilip Pankule, President of the education society, said that the society would allow students from first to seventh standard on first come first serve basis while it would provide necessary facilities and trained teachers for imparting education to the students. A student will have to pay only Rs 5000 in instalments for one year, he added.
Addressing the gathering, Patil expressed his confidence that the shool would get encouraging response from the students because of various facilities. Subhash Warhade, another journalist, congratulated the society for charging reasonable fees from the students and providing facilities to them. Dr Sushma Pankule, Treasurer, Sangram Pankule, Secretary, Principal Dr Prakash Rathod, Head Mistress Anita Francis, HM Mamata Dhore, Kalpana Wadafale, Vasant Ghatate,Sanaya Pankule, Sopanrao Shirsat, teachers and non-teaching staff members were present.
