The Enforcement Directorate has succeeded in getting custody of former Maharashtra minister Anil Deshmukh.
The Special Court had granted 14 days judicial custody to Deshmukh. The ED moved the High Court and got Deshmukh’s custody upto November 12. ED had demanded his custody for investigation into the money and extortion case.
