Residents of Nagpur on Tuesday again woke up to the coldest morning of the present winter season as the temperature dip by 0.2 degrees Celsius.
The minimum temperature of Orange city reachd to 7.6 degrees Celsius, making it the second coldest in the Vidarbha region.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) had issued a yellow alert and cold wave warning for the Vidarbha region on Monday and Tuesday.
The minimum temperature here will remain around the same for the next three days, and there is a possibility of the mercury rising after December 23.
Meanwhile, with 7.4 degrees Celsius Gadchiroli was the coldest in Vidarbha, Amravati recorded the minimum temperature of 7.7 degrees celsius, Wardha 8.2 degrees Celsius, Gondia 8.4 degrees Celsius, Yavatmal 9 degrees Celsius, Chandrapur 9.6 degrees Celsius, Bramhapuri 9.7 degrees Celsius, Akola 11 degrees Celsius, Buldhana 11.2 degrees Celsius, as per the RMC.
