New Year brought some relief for consumers as National Oil Marketing companies on Saturday have slashed the prices of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder cost by Rs 102.50 effective from January 1, 2022, according to leading news agency.
The price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders for commercial usage saw a hike of Rs 100 on December 1, 2021. It was the second hike after the price was increased on November 1.
However, there is no decrease in prices of other domestic cylinders weighing 14.2 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg composite or 5 kg composite cylinders and their prices remain the same.
After a drop in price now the 19 kg commercial LPG cylinders in Kolkata will cost Rs 2,072 Mumbai Rs 1,948.5, Chennai Rs 2,132, and Rs 1998.50 in Delhi from today.
In Nagpur the price of 19 Kg commercial cylinder will cost at Rs 2143.50. on December 1, 2021 the price of the 19-kg commercial cylinder in city was Rs 2246.
