Nagpur District on Saturday reports first COVID-19 related death after months. According to the official data one person died in outside city limits.
On October 27, 2021 Nagpur district recorded one death in rural area and since then no death was recorded in the district.
The district recorded 54 new cases in a single day taking the Active Case tally to 415.
Meanwhile only three persons recovered from the dreaded virus.
The city continues to contribute maximum COVID cases as compared to Nagpur rural. Of the 54 new cases, 5 cases were reported in rural and a maximum of 47 cases were reported in the city.

Only two persons who tested positive for coronavirus are not resident of the district.
With one death the total death count stands at 10123.
With the fresh updates the cumulative of positive cases reached to 494103. With addition of new cases and not-so-good single day recovery the recovery rate dips down to 97.89%. After today’s recovery the cumulative recoveries in district stands at 4,83659.
