A woman and her seven-year-old daughter were killed after their house collapsed in Fubgaon village in Chandur Bazar taluka of Amravati district on Tuesday. Three other family members were injured
Amravati is facing heavy rains for the past few days. Five family members were in the house when it collapsed. The neighbours managed to pull three members of the family trapped inside. A 35-year-old woman and her daughter buried under the debris, died. The injured have been shifted to the district hospital.
