India once again proves Asian champions by bagging the gold medal in the men’s hockey. India’s hockey team outclassed Japan, the champions of 2018. This is for the 4th time in the history of the country.
This win of India has also confirmed berth for the Paris Olympics that are scheduled to take place next year. Harmanpreet Singh hammered 2018 champions Japan 5-1 in the men’s in the hockey final at Hangzhou.
