Torrential rains that drenched the city on Saturday have flooded many low-lying areas, especially, those alongside Pohra River. Here water has entered many houses.
In some places houses have been damaged due to rainwater entering. The Municipal Corporation has received complaints of uprooting of large trees in many localities. As the Nag River is overflowing, residents living along the river have been alerted.
