In a heartwarming celebration of health and wellness, Patanjali’s Surendra Nagar and Laxmi Nagar Yoga Classes united to observe JadiButi Diwas at Tatya Tope Nagar Garden. The event, honouring Acharya Bal Balkrishna Ji’s birthday, highlighted the importance of medicinal plants in promoting health.
Attendees were gifted various medicinal plants, including Tulsi, Giloy, Neem, Mitha Neem, Aloe Vera, Ashwagandha, and Lemongrass to the morning walkers and garden visitors. Organisers emphasised the health benefits of these plants, advocating for natural remedies over chemically manufactured medicines.
Despite the cloudy atmosphere, Satyanarayan Rathi and Tapas Kumar Dey, along with their dedicated team, led the plant distribution, educating visitors on the medicinal properties of each plant. The initiative received enthusiastic participation, with many expressing gratitude for both the plants and the invaluable knowledge shared.
The celebration served as a testament to the rich heritage of Ayurveda, reaffirming its relevance in contemporary healthcare. The event was graced by students and teachers from both yoga classes, including Yoga teachers Satyanarayan Rathi, Manisha Salpekar, Shalaka Mohite, Dr. Swaroop Laxmi Mudaliar, Nilima Badki, Vishakha Fender, Vaibhavi Mote, and Tapas Kumar Dey.
JadiButi Diwas was a resounding success, reminding everyone of the timeless benefits of medicinal plants and the enduring wisdom of Ayurvedic practices.
