As long as teachers don’t act as learners they can’t keep themselves abreast with current pedagogical development. “The Achievers school hoisted a CBSE teacher’s training programme on the topic “Upholding Ethics and Integrityâ€.
A highly interactive two days workshop was conducted by , Ms. Vidya Shankar, Principal ,Podar International School, Hinganghat and Ms. Apoorva Pandey, Principal, Channewar School, Wardha , on 22-23 November19.
The first day covered with enthusiastic start of “ice breaking (caricature)†activity followed by discussion and more than six more activities. Understanding integrity and X-Y game were the main attraction of the first day session. Role play in Activity 3, Understanding integrity was an eye opener.
Every group performed well and conveys message through different role plays. Day -2 started with -Yes game, which creates positive atmosphere and developed interaction. The topic “Ethics and Integrity†discussed through A.V. media in an effective manner.
Role play on topic Teacher/elders as role model was excellently performed and implemented by group. The useful session guided teachers to learn different skills and innovative ways.
The workshop ended with reflection on every aspect with vote of thanks by Ms. Sameena, Hussain, followed by certificate distribution. Director Mrs. Sapna Katiyar, Dr. Priyadarshini Deoghare, Director-Academics and school Principal supported for the arrangements and smooth functioning of the programme.
