Marathi film celebrity, Varsha Usgavkar recently visited the Astronomy Sanstha and Lord Shani’s temple for second time. The temple is situated on the outskirts of Nagpur, 40 km away, in Kanolibara.
The temple at Kanolibara is also known as one of the prompt sites to visit while on a pilgrimage. The astronomy center had installed an idol of Lord Shani last year this idea to have an idol of Lord Shani was by the owner of the astronomy centre, Bhupesh Gadge.
The installation ceremony of the idol was done by Usgavkar during her first visit, after which she also promised to be back to the same temple and astronomy center. During this ceremony around 11 lakh worshipers paid a visit to the temple, which is surrounded by greenery and hill tops.
