Parents are eagerly waiting for the results of Right to Education (RTE) act which is assumed to be released in coming weeks. The date has not yet been released by the education department but is most likely the draw is to be held on March 11.
According to sources this only one draw is to be taken out by education department after which a list will be prepared for the admission process. Parents will have to go to the schools allotted to names and enrol their children.
Till last year separate draws were held for each round which has been changed as it had to go through lengthy process and parents had to wait for long time.
Parents will be informed through SMS about a vacant seat, so that they can enrol the child upon the vacant seat.
This year the forms for RTE were taken till March 4 for which around 30, 301 children submitted online applications for the reserved 6,797 seats in 680 schools of Nagpur District.
