As Maharashtra is under strict lockdown like restriction to curb the spread of Covid infection passengers who have cancelled train tickets have to run from one window to another to get refund at Itwari Railway Station.
In order to get refund passengers are made to visit Nagpur Railway Station. Officials said that he was getting complaints that passengers who cancelled their tickets from Itwari Railway Station were not getting refund. Gandhibagh and Itwari areas have been sealed due to Covid infection. People are facing difficulty as they have to travel extra when police at stringent about following lockdown like restrictions to get refund.
