The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is expected to release the NEET UG counselling schedule for 2023 this week on the official website, mcc.nic.in. The counselling process will soon commence after the announcement of the NEET UG 2023 results on June 13.
The State Counselling Authorities will be responsible for managing the counselling for the 85% State Quota seats, while the MCC will handle counselling for the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats.
A total of 20,38,596 applicants appeared for the NEET UG 2023 examination, out of which 11,45,976 candidates were successful.
The NEET 2023 Counselling Process will include various steps such as registration, choice filling, choice locking, seat allocation, announcement of seat allocation results, and reporting to designated colleges.
During the counselling process, candidates will be required to provide essential documents, including the NEET UG admit card, NEET UG result, Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and pass certificates, photo identity card, passport-size photograph, caste certificate (if applicable), provisional allotment letter, and disability certificate (if applicable).
