CTET 2020 registration date extend till March 2

The registration dates of Central Teacher Eligibility test (CTET) 2020 date has been extended by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) till March 2, 2020. Interested candidates can fill the CTET online application form by paying the CTET exam fee till March 5 on the official website ctet.nic.in.

Earlier, the last date of Application Process for CTET July 2020 exam was February 24. However, this date has now been extended by the CBSE. CTET 2020 will be held in July 5, 2020.

Candidates should follow a two-phased process in order to sit for the CTET exam. CTET Registration followed by CTET Application Form is the part of CTET registration process. Several candidates have already applied for CTET 2020. Those who have still not applied can apply now and CBSE has cautioned everybody that it would not accept late fee beyond deadline of March 5.

The exam is divided into two papers – Paper 1 and Paper 2. As per CTET 2020 Exam Pattern, candidates aspiring to become a teacher of classes 1–5 need to take Paper 1, whereas Paper 2 is meant for those who want to become a teacher of classes 6–8. To teach students of all classes, i.e. 1-8, one needs to appear for both Paper 1 and 2.
