HRD Minister Dr Nishank launches “ Vijayi Bharat Abhiyan “ of the Public Relations Society of India

India will re-define the economic development, global business and inclusive growth based on our traditional treasure of knowledge, innovation and creativity, post Corona and the movement of ‘ Aatmnirbhar Bharat’ and ‘ Make in India” will put India on top of the world.

This was expressed by Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal “ Nishank”, Union HRD Minister while launching the“ Vijayi Bharat Abhiyan “ of the Public Relations Society of India, national body of the Public Relations and Communication professionals of the country, serving the profession for past 63 years.

Appreciating the efforts of the Public Relations Society of India on Corona awareness for past two and a half months, Dr Nishank said that Corona will continue to trouble the human life for some more time and we shall have to keep propagating awareness efforts. The uncertain and volatile social and economic environment across the world demands us to be cool and patient, thoughtful and innovative, further added Dr Nishank. He also appreciated create and innovative ways of working of PRSI which adds value to the efforts of government of India , under the able leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for “ Ek Bharat : Shreshth Bharat “.

Speaking on the occasion Dr Ajit Pathak, National President of the Public Relations Society of India said that present times need us to work for high standards of performance and excellence to continuously raise our bar to contribute our bit to make India, the winner. Dr Nishank has been a constant source of support and inspiration to PRSI , said Dr Pathak.


At a time when the country is facing problems from various corners, including unfriendly neighbors, vested interests and political motives should be kept and every Indian should come forward to be together for the National Agenda, said Dr Ajit Pathak.

Public Relations of the country has to come forward to strengthen the nation, showcasing India’s potential to the world and positively interpreting India to the world, added Dr Pathak.

“ Vijayi Bharat Abhiyan “ which was flagged-off by the HRD Minister in presence of all the national council members of the society on webinar will focus following actions:
-Second phase of Corona Awareness drive with new vigour to see happy India.
-Continuously promote the philosophy of One Nation. One Agenda. One Voice to bring harmony across the country .
-Promote Strength of India , build brand India , interpret India to the world.
-Encourage Make in India, Innovation and Aatmnirbhar Bharat to accelerate India’s ambitions to be the world leader.
-Be ready to play our role in building-up a sense of national pride and make our contributions in case of any threat from across the borders.
-Sharpen the skills of Communication and Public Relations professionals to provide them a platform to give their best.
