The last date for submitting caste validity certificate along with nominations for elections to Zilla Parishad, Panchayat Samiti and Gram Panchayat has been extended, informed UPS Madan, State Election Commissioner, on Monday.
However, he said that it was necessary to submit application copy given to the Caste Verification Committee and affidavit for getting the certificate. Interested persons can submit the copy and affidavit to the authorities concerned till 12 noon on December 7, he added.
