Zee TV to conduct dance workshops for underprivileged kids

Over the last 3 decades, Zee TV has been instrumental in providing the country’s young talent with a global platform to showcase their singing/ dancing/ acting talent. The channel’s most iconic dance reality show, Dance India Dance has not just introduced us to some truly exceptional dancers and never-heard-before dance styles but has also stood testimony to the sheer passion that India has towards dance. After giving the audiences a glimpse of this year’s mind-blowing talent through some arresting promos, Zee TV is all geared up to welcome another season of its popular franchise- DID Li’l Masters. Dance India Dance Li’l Masters, Season 5 will premiere on 12th March and will air every Saturday and Sunday at 9:00 PM only on Zee TV!

Taking the entertainment quotient, a notch higher the judges’ trio- Remo, Sonali and Mouni are now actively looking for the Top 15 Li’l Masters who will later be divided into three teams led by well-known choreographers – Paul Marshal, Vaibhav Ghuge and Vartika Jha. Known as ‘Skippers’, the trio dancing stars will further mentor the contestants and help them put their best foot forward during their journey on the show.

Taking the spirit of celebrating passion for dance across the country and entering every little by lane where a young boy and girl dreams of dancing their hearts out, Dance India Dance Li’l Masters has collaborated with one of India’s largest and most trusted giving platforms, GiveIndia, wherein the skippers from the show will conduct a dance workshop for underprivileged kids who have the passion for dance but haven’t yet found an outlet or avenue to celebrate their love for dance  This activity is all set to take place in Nagpur on 11th March @ Mecosabagh Methodist High School Hall, Kadbi Chowk, Nagpur 440014, where skipper Paul Marshal will teach some dancing moves and interact with the kids of the NGO- Vipla Foundation. Well, that’s not all, Zee TV will also arrange special giveaways for these kids.

Talking about the collaboration, Sumit Tayal, COO, GiveIndia said, â€œGiveIndia is delighted to be associated with the popular dance show – Dance India Dance Li’l Masters. Children were deprived of such events for almost two years because of the pandemic. But with many restrictions now relaxed, we hope that kids from our partner NGOs will participate in vast numbers and learn the ropes of dancing from some of India’s best choreographers and enjoy themselves.”
