Ayush Khutate emerged city topper in the final year Chartered Accountants’ (CA) examination, the results of which were declared by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) on Friday.
Ayush has secured an All India Ranking (AIR) of 22 by securing 572 marks out of 800.
Keshav Prasad Modi, with AIR of 34 has emerged second city top per by scoring 559 marks. Shobhit Dinesh Tibra, with 523 marks, emerged the third city topper fo lowed by Harshit Munot (509 marks) and Ritik Pahuja (477 marks).
Next up, Ayush plans to move to Mumbai to pursue specialisation in finance.
Ayush’s father Sudesh runs a fertilisers and pesticide business while his mother Reetu is a house wife.
Compared to last year, students have fared much better this year, ICAI informed. Of the 1,245 students who appeared for CA final examination from Nagpur this year, 322 = students were successful.
As many as 379 students appeared for both A and B groups. Of these, 59 cleared both the groups while 48 cleared the group A and 33 cleared the group B.
