Flipkart, India’s homegrown marketplace, today successfully concluded its seller event ‘Vyapaar Ka Tyohaar’ hosted to sensitize sellers from Mumbai and neighboring regions about the business growth opportunities available to them which can be leveraged from the platform’s insights and services. The event witnessed a confluence of over hundreds of sellers from across Mumbai, who had the opportunity to interact with Flipkart leadership and imbibe key insights, offerings of the platform for their business growth. This program is part of a series of on-ground seller engagements across the country in cities such as Jaipur, Surat, Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolkata and Bangalore.
‘Vyapaar Ka Tyohaar’ is aimed at better equipping sellers from Mumbai, leveraging the right methodologies to continue catering to the growing consumer demand for popular categories like grooming, lifestyle, sportscare, healthcare, electronics, home decor and appliances. With an aim to sustainably expand the network of sellers in the region, the program will empower them with Flipkart’s value-added service offerings delivered through on-and off-page communication, workshops, training, infrastructural and warehousing support to increase speed, reduce return requests, and operational efficiency. The focus of the program is to help businesses better utilize Flipkart’s offerings, such as the insight tools, ‘Brand Pulse’ in understanding their consumers’ awareness levels and relevance.
