More than 350 IndiGo flights were cancelled at airports across India on Monday, as the country’s largest airline continued to struggle with operational recovery. Flight disruptions entered their seventh consecutive day, marking an unprecedented air travel crisis in the country.
Delhi airport recorded 134 cancelled IndiGo flights, including 75 departures and 59 arrivals, while Bengaluru saw 127 cancellations. Chennai reported 71 grounded flights.
Ahmedabad witnessed 20 cancellations and Vizag reported seven, while major hubs such as Mumbai and Kolkata were also hit by widespread disruptions. By 9:30 am, the total number of known cancellations had reached 360.
