Wildlife enthusiast and motorcyclist Ashish Yadav is set to create history by completing what is believed to be India’s first motorcycle expedition covering all 58 Tiger Reserves in the country.
The journey began on February 10, 2026, from the iconic Zero Mile Stone, the geographical center of India. After spending more than four months on the road and covering over 18,500 kilometers, Yadav will return to Zero Mile on June 10, bringing the expedition full circle.

As of June 9, Yadav had successfully visited 57 Tiger Reserves across the country. He is currently heading towards Navegaon-Nagzira Tiger Reserve, which will be the 58th and final reserve of the expedition.

Upon completing the final leg and returning to Nagpur, Yadav is expected to become the first person to cover all 58 Tiger Reserves of India on a motorcycle in a single expedition, setting a unique milestone in wildlife travel and conservation awareness.

During the 121-day journey, he travelled through some of India’s most important wildlife landscapes, interacting with forest officials, conservationists, naturalists, guides and local communities. The expedition provided an opportunity to document stories of wildlife conservation and showcase India’s rich natural heritage.

According to Yadav, the mission was aimed at promoting wildlife conservation awareness and encouraging responsible nature tourism. He said the expedition was not just an adventure ride but an effort to inspire people to connect with nature and appreciate the importance of protecting wildlife habitats.
The remarkable journey concludes where it began—at Zero Mile, Nagpur—symbolizing a successful nationwide mission dedicated to conservation, awareness and India’s tiger landscape.
