The Nagpur Branch of the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is set to host a special outreach programme on “GSTAT Appellate Filing Procedure” on June 19 at ICAI Bhawan, Dhantoli. The programme will be conducted from 5 pm to 7.30 pm.
The event will feature Rajeev Pande, Vice-President and Judicial Member of the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT), and S.K. Das, Technical Member, GSTAT, as keynote speakers.
During the session, the GSTAT members will discuss the appellate filing framework under GST, procedural compliances, practical challenges in filing appeals and important considerations for professionals representing cases before the Tribunal. The programme is expected to provide valuable guidance to chartered accountants, tax consultants and other professionals dealing with GST litigation and appellate matters.
