A woman was arrested from Patna in Bihar in connection with the TET paper leakage case. A special team of five police officers was formed for the investigation. At the same time police arrived at a printing press in UP’s Agra and examined CCTV footage and talked to the employees.
Police in search of the kingpin in the paper leakage reached Patna and arrested a woman. She was not cooperating with the investigating officers, which led to her arrest.
The suspect woman is being interrogated and expect to reach the kingpin in the case.
Meanwhile, Maharashtra School Education Minister Dada Bhuse on Monday assured in the Legislative Assembly that offences under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) will be registered against those involved in paper leakage. The Opposition members in the Legislative Assembly were aggressive on the issue.
MAHA-TET was scheduled for June 28, but was cancelled following detection of paper leakage on June 27 at Bhiwandi in Thane district. Three suspects were arrested. They are natives of Bihar and Haryana.
