Baby League’19 to commence from Feb 1

Krida Vikas Sanstha, Nagpur is organising the “Baby League” on the February 1 and 2nd, 2019. This tournament will bring together young players from 8 different schools of 3 different age categories across the Nagpur region at Slum Soccer Astro Turf Ground Nagpur. This tournament is being organised in collaboration with WIFA (Western Indian Football Federation) to create an engagement model for young players aged between eight to thirteen years for their technical and psychological development with respect to football.

Krida Vikas Sanstha (Slum Soccer) is a FIFA awarded charitable organization that uses the power of football to bring about a change in the lives of underprivileged children and youth. Through specially designed curriculum and activities we engage with and mobilize our participants towards learning and fitness.

Western India Football Association is the state governing body for football in Maharashtra, India. It is affiliated with the All India Football Federation, the sport’s national governing body. All the participating teams will compete in a league based structure. 4 outstanding teams will then qualify for the knockouts to get the finalists. On the other hand the students will also experience football for development sessions during the tournament.

Below is the information about the Baby League:
