Apna Van Bharat Van, Half Day Wildlifers & Mood of the Group invites you to attend Bharat Van Open Mic 2.0 on Sunday morning , June 2, 2019 at Bharatvan, Bharat Nagar, Near Futala between 6.30-9am to cheer the bright young artists of Nagpur who will be using the power of their pen and performances to save Bharat Van, one of the last remaining patches of pristine dense jungles inside the city of Nagpur were more than 500 full grown trees are planned to be cut by authorities to build an unnecessary road.
As an early World Environment Day event, the organisers are trying to create a world record tomorrow morning at Bharat Van by organising the largest ever gathering of people to witness an ‘Open Mic’ performance of young citizen of Nagpur to #saveurbanjungles.
Instructions to audience:
1) Register your name, whatsapp number, Instagram Id at the registration desk between 6.30-7am at Mother Dairy Booth, Bharat Nagar.
2) Fill the online attendance sheet https://tiny.cc/buqm7y
3) The first performer will start at 7am sharp at the venue which is 500 metres away from the registration inside the dense Bharat Van jungle. Dont be late.
4) The open mic will be preceded by a 15 minute yoga session by yoga teacher Swati Gupta.
5) All participants and audience are requested to broadcast live on Instagram, Facebook and Youtube from the venue during the event.
