MM Rabbani High School Kamptee defeated BKCP Kanhan 2-0 to win Inter-School (Rural) Subroto Mukherjee Football Tournament organised by DSO at Divisional Sports Complex ground, here on Saturday.
In the 28th minute Mohammad Adnnan gave 1-0 lead to Rabbani. Two minutes later Mohammad Ashar increased the lead 2-0. In the remaining time their opponents tried their best to score but in vain.
In the semi-final, Rabbani High School defeated BVM Ashti 1-0. Mohammad Kaif scored the winning goal in the 26th minute. BKCP Kanhan entered the final defeating Bhonsala Military School 1-0. Jay Pothabe scored an all-important goal in the 21st minute.
