Avi’s Fitness Studio one of central India’s biggest and most prominent fitness studios has lot to offer  to the Nagpurians to keep themselves fit.

Opened back in the year 2016 in Wardhman Nagar, Avi’s gained popularity among Central India as it is spread in 10,000 sq foot area along with well trained staff and various amenities provided in their gym.While speaking to one of the owner Swapnil Waghule informed that we have various types of amenities which include weight training, functional training, Zumba, MMA, Kickboxing, Pilates and many more. We suggest different regimes to people according to their body types and problems.

Fitness is a fast growing industry one will find many gyms at every corner of the road and it does not require any sort of specific skills to open a fitness center but this is where people often misunderstand the basic concept of fitness.Fitness for us means Muscular strength, Cardiac Endurance, flexibility, proper Body Composition. These are some of the major factors for us which defines fitness.

Avi’s gym has a specialty in posture correction and is well equipped with high end machines and personal trainers, with an academy where they train people to be a professional trainers.

Our Journey began 10 years back when my father got into an accident due to wrong exercise after that my brother Avinash who is a professional body builder and I decided to guide people on their fitness regime. We sent Avinash to American Counseling of Sports Medicine (ACSM) where he learnt new things about fitness and thereafter we started training people in Avi’s fitness studio to become healthy and made efforts to bring a change in the fitness world.We aim in giving proper training and to educate people about their body type this way the individual gets to know on how to plan their diet and workout plans.

There is a common myth among the people that those going to gyms have high possibility of having a cardiac arrest, due to which almost 80% of population do not go to any fitness center. But in reality, the people having a cardiac arrest is due to the wrong exercise or wrong posture.

Therefore, one should do full body checkup and consult their gym trainers about the problems and then commence their routine exercises.“Fitness is not a destiny it is a life long journey” one should keep themselves motivated, consistent, persistent and be patient to achieve a fitter body as it is not a one day thing, Swapnil added. If one is consistent in their workout habits they will definitely get satisfactory results and this will motivate them to improve themselves in their fitness regimes

A fit body is more creative and active than the lazy ones. Another mistake that the newbie’s do is that they skip gym as per their own wish and will, which can have diverse affect on their body and though the pain and muscle ache,  a lazy mind is a home for excuses. One should also never miss warm-up exercise as it is meant to prepare your body for the upcoming schedule.

There is a common miss conception among the woman that if they lift heavy weight they will gain muscles which is not valid as woman have a different body structure and even if they lift heavy weights they cannot attain masculine body structure as men do. The exercises which are suggested by your gym trainer will make your body stronger and you will be a step closer to attain a fit body.So come out of your comfort zone, hit the gym eat healthy as it is an essential key and strive to attain live a healthy lifestyle, this will help you to outstand among others.
