Fitness is the core strength of the person to perform activities irrespective of his/her weight.â€

Dr Kevin is a sports trainer, he has trained many sportsmen of different field be it cricket, badminton, chess or tennis, etc. Kevin has trained many sportsmen as per the need of the sports played by them. For example, badminton player needs different physio exercises as compared to the cricket player, whereas, chess player needs all the mental strength for which unique exercises are planned to increase his/her concentration powers.

Kevin has worked with BCCI, Mumbai Cricket Association, VCA, IPL, All Stars Football club as a sports physio trainer. He has been working with most of the State & National Level Players from the Sports Fraternity and also has been the Physiotherapist for few of the Bollywood & Television Celebrities. Another feather was added to Kevinâ€™s cap when last year he got an opportunity to work with Indian Army at Kashmir.
