Assembly Polls: Fadnavis, Gadkari all set to campaign in Vidarbha

The political leaders in the state are all gearing up for the upcoming Assembly election that is scheduled on October 21. Today Devendra Fadnavis, Chief Minister, and Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister for Road Transport and MSMEs, will be on a campaign tour of Vidarbha including Nagpur district.

Fadnavis will start his Vidarbha tour with a public meeting at Cotton Market ground in Washim at 11.35 am. Later in the day, he will address public meetings at Nehru Park ground, Akot; Waka Dharmadhikari Shala, Daryapur; and Athawadi Bazar Chowk, Karanja (Ghadge), Wardha.

From there, he will come to Nagpur city and address two public meetings at Patel Square, Timber Market at 6.30 pm. At 8 pm, he will address a meeting at Government Press Society, Dabha, in Nagpur West.

At Uday Nagar Square in Nagpur South, Fadnavis will address a public meeting at 9 pm. Gadkari will address a public meeting at Circus Ground, Wardha at 4 pm on Saturday. From there, he will proceed to Hinganghat by helicopter.

At 5.45 pm, he will address a public meeting at Gokuldham Maidan, Hinganghat. Then, he will proceed to Nagpur by road.

At 8.15 pm, Gadkari will address a public meeting at Takalghat in Hingna tehsil of Nagpur district. He will take a night halt at Nagpur.
