These readers have not only gone through the news we publish but also have helped us to meet the other end of the news and truth.Many times it has happened that the readers have shared their opinion and the real happenings by an organisation. The Live Nagpur has not only increased its readership but also build up new relation through our portal.We thank all the NGO’s and esteemed personalities who appreciated our help in tackling the city issues, be it environment related or usual municipal issues.
On our first anniversary we at TLN got to know few of the city’s known personalities about how they feel while going through our coverage.
Abhijit Bangar, Municipal Commissioner
remarked that in current scenario of news sharing, youths and even adults are more attached to online portals. The reasons are not specified, one has got no time to dedicate moments from his daily routine to actually sit and read a news paper or one can even say that the cyber world has taken the charge of everything.
Since the city has got very few online news portal of news sharing, we at Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) feel great to have The Live Nagpur as one of our means to reach out to the people of city and even get a report on the views of the citizens about the functioning of civic body.
Bhushan Kumar Upadhyay, Commissioner of Police
stated that In this era of a vast outreach and quick clicks, online portals are the best way to spread the news, as they cover and publish any ongoing event within a span of few hours. The articles from The Live Nagpur have come to me often and have pulled my attention towards online news reading.
I request the entire city based online news portals to refer the news for its credibility first and not publish or spread fake news in a hurry to inform the breaking news to the people.

The Live Nagpur news portal has been playing a major role in reaching out to the citizens and enlightening them about works of Maha Metro has been undergoing in the city. The citizens of Nagpur have welcomed the project with open arms and media houses like yours have been successfully convincing people about the need for a project like Metro. We hope that The Live Nagpur would continue to spread the message of development in the city and focus on the ongoing work by Maha Metro.
J S Pandey, Chief Scientist and Science Secretary, CSIR-NEERI expressed his views by saying that
From East of the Nagpur to West; North of the Nagpur to the South, if we want the latest news and live updates about the most recent news related to environmental issues. I have myself experienced a great time while reading and sharing my studies on climatic changes with TLN. The portal actually understands and goes through the climatic conditions of the city and has a scientific approach towards the issue.
I must congratulate them for their unstinting and ever ready efforts for covering the news aimed at preservation and conservation of Nagpur’s environment as well as its surroundings.

The Live Nagpur is a news portal which not only publishes news but also raises important local issues. I am extremely happy that in last one year, The Live Nagpur has raised many critical issues related to Environment protection and sustainable development. The civic authorities have been taking notes of such reporting of The Live Nagpur and have taken immediate necessary action, the best example is construction of RCC wall to save 150 yrs old Peepal tree at the entry point of Ambazari garden which was reported by The Live Nagpur. Though being an e-paper, most of the stories on environmental issues are based on an on – spot reporting basis by journalists of The Live Nagpur. I wish all the success to Live Nagpur for all future endeavours.
