A simple and quick breakfast dish providing protein and carbs.
Potato medium sized -2( Boiled)
Milk – ½ cup
Bread crumbs – 1 catorie
Cornstarch – 2-3 tbsp
Capsicum -1 chopped
Green onions -2-3 chopped
Green coriander- 3 tbsp chopped
Salt , pepper , red chilli powder to taste
Cheese 1 cube grated
Butter for topping – 1 tsp
Mash boiled potato, add milk and whisk in a mixer till smooth paste forms. Add two eggs, chopped vegetables, salt, red chilli powder and pepper. Whisk well till the mixture gets fluffy Grease a pie dish.
Pour the prepared batter Sprinkle coriander and grated cheese . On the top drop, a tsp of butter and bake for 30 mts or till the top is golden brown and serve in breakfast
