As we know the entire administration of the city has now engaged in the fight against the dreadful corona virus as the city has reported 132 positive cases till now. And fortunately, no positive patient was found in South Nagpur area. Amidst all of the commotion, the vegetable market started in the residential areas in the Balaji Nagar and Bhagwan Nagar has created a panic among the residents.
Due to the fear, the residents have requested the mayor and civic chief to close the market. The residents claimed that the vegetable vendors are doing door to door services.
The point to be noted here is that in this practice, the social distancing rule is being violated. After the closure of the cotton market, the NMC has started retail vegetable markets in different parts of the city. The violation of social distancing rules is making the residents in utter trouble and they are in a fix. Due to this dangerous situation, the residents appealed the civic administration to immediately shut down the vegetable markets in this area.
