In a lifetime, a person experiences endless forms of love, from their partner, mother, father, siblings, relatives, etc. But nothing and no other love can compare to the pure emotion of a mother’s love. Sony TV’s much admired show Indiawaali Maa is a saga of a mother’s unconditional and endless love for her son and the journey she is on to reparent him. The show reiterates on the fact that a mother’s love is indeed the purest and selfless form of love anybody ever experiences.
The brilliant conviction with which Suchita Trivedi and Akshay Matre essay the role of a mother-son duo Kaku and Rohan have left the audiences longing for more. Their beautiful chemistry on screen just goes onto prove how warm and comfortable their real-life equation is. Akshay believes portraying Rohan’s character comes naturally to him because Suchita as Kaku is such a wonderful on-screen mother.
Sharing his experience, Akshay said, “I personally believe a mother’s love is the most powerful force her on earth. It can shape cultures and generations. No language can express the power of motherhood, the beauty, the heroism, and the majesty of a mother’s love. For me, my mother is the only emotional anchor that I need in my life. She will always be my first love. The difference is, unlike before, now I make it a point to tell her this multiple times a day. The way Kaku has took on to Rohan’s problem and has set on to a journey of reparenting him, proves the fact. My own mother reminds me a lot of Kaku.â€
The forthcoming episodes of IndiaWaali will bring a new set of twist and turns as Kaku’s and Rohan relationship will hit a rough patch due to unforeseeable circumstances. It’d be interesting to see how they emerge out of this and whether it would impact their bond and how.
