A move to make the city free of pot holes, Citizens’ Forum has recently commenced a campaign and asked people to send photographs of the pathetic conditions of the roads with pits. Inspired by this social media movement, citizens have sent photographs of 1500 thousand pits to the forum. Earlier also many complaints regarding this have been registered.
But no action has been taken in this regard. In this movement, the people of Nagpur have expressed their discontent towards the administration by lighting lamps around the pits near in the premises of Ganga Takli, Kalamna, Wathoda, Hazaripahad, Surendragarh, Narendra Nagar and Khamla.
