Suspended Assistant Police Inspector Sachin Hindurao Waze on Tuesday was permanently dismissed from the Maharashtra State Police Department.
Waze was suspended under Article 311(2)(B) of the Constitution of India with permanent effect said the Maharashtra State Police.
Waze is the main accused in the Antila Bomb Scare case and is also being investigated for the Mansukh Hiren death case. Popularly known as an “encounter cop” in the state police department, Waze was earlier suspended in March after his arrest by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in the SUV-cum-murder case on March 13.
