In view of increasing stress among people during the COVID pandemic and resultant lockdown, G Kumar Arogyadham has published a special issue on Stress Management. The quarterly magazine ‘Swasthya Vatika’ is based on health issues, Ayurvedic treatment, Home remedies and panchakarma benefits.
Dr G M Mamtani and Dr Anju G Mamtani, both Ayurvedic practitioners have been publishing the healh magazine. The special issue was released at the hands of Union Minister Nitin Gadkari.
Gadkari appreciated the efforts of the Mamtani couple in generating awareness about health and providing services based on ancient Indian health science – Ayurved. G Kumar Arogyadham, on Nara Road, Jaripatka also provides training in Yoga and uses it as a part of treatment to the patient. Dr Anju Mamtani is a trained Yoga trainer.
During the pandemic, which lasted for over one year G Kumar Arogyadham published three issues on Covid, Immunity and now Stress Management. The magazine deals with health issues related to stress, Covidsomnia, immunity bosster , maintaining oxygen level, health of lungs etc.
G Kumar Arogyadham has also prepared an Immunity Booster Kadha using herbal medicines. Dr Mamtani informed Gadkari about itys positive effect on patients suffering from Corona virus or facing post Corona infection complications.
