India for the second consecutive day records 2.6 lakh daily Covid-19 cases. On Saturday the country records 2,68,833 new cases in the last 24 hours.
With the huge jump in daily COVID cases India’s Active Caseload stands at 14,17,820, on Friday the active case of country was 12,72,073.
The Active case stands at 3.85%, while the current recovery rate of country falls down to 94.83%.
In a day 1,22,684 recoveries have been recorded in the last 24 hours. The total recoveries of country stand at 3,49,47,390. The daily positivity rate increases to 16.66%, weekly positivity rate stands at 12.84% compared to 11.83% yesterday.
Meanwhile, Omicron tally in the country stands at 6,041; an increase of 5.01% since yesterday.
