Former Home Minister Anil Deshmukh and Minister without portfolio Nawab Malik have moved the Supreme Court against the High Court decision denying them bail for Legislative Council polls.
They have applied for early hearing, as polling is in progress on Monday. The voting will end at 4 PM.
The Supreme Court has refused early hearing and has scheduled at 2 PM.
Both Deshmukh and Malik are in jail in money laundering cases.
