Indian Railways has announced the launch of a new long-distance Amrit Bharat Express service connecting Jodhbani in Bihar with Errode in Tamil Nadu.The
The train numbers 19601/19602 will operate weekly. The inaugural run from Errode will be on Thursday, September 25, and from Jodhbani on Sunday, September 28.
According to the information provided, the train will travel through Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Bihar, covering several states. Major stations include Salem, Katpadi, Perambur, Guntur, Vijayawada, Warangal, Ballarshah, Nagpur, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Satna, Prayagraj Chheoki, Deendayal Upadhyay Junction, Patliputra, Barauni, Katihar, and Jodhbani.
Arrival in Nagpur
Train number 19601 Errode–Jodhbani Amrit Bharat Express will depart from Errode on Thursday and arrive at Nagpur the next morning at 9:20 a.m., halting briefly before proceeding further at 9:25 a.m. Conversely, train number 19602 Jodhbani–Errode Amrit Bharat Express will depart from Jodhbani and arrive in Nagpur the following Thursday at 3:45 p.m., halting for five minutes before resuming its journey.
The service is expected to benefit thousands of passengers. Important stations like Pune and Faridabad will also be served by this train. Both trains will run with modern Amrit Bharat coaches equipped with LHB rakes. Priority maintenance depots will be located at Errode and Jodhbani.
