The Federation of Indian Pilots (FIP) has formally called on the Centre to ground all Boeing 787 Dreamliners operated by Air India, citing repeated electrical malfunctions. In its communication, the FIP referenced two recent incidents: In Air India Flight 117, the Ram Air Turbine (RAT)system was unexpectedly deployed during landing approach at Birmingham on October 4.
