The film, simply titled ‘Michael’, promises to go beyond the stage lights and explore the man behind the music. The trailer introduces Jaafar Jackson, the late singer’s real-life nephew, stepping into his uncle’s shoes with uncanny precision – from the signature moonwalk to the unmistakable charisma of the ‘Thriller’ era.
The cast features Miles Teller as attorney John Branca, Colman Domingo as patriarch Joe Jackson, Kat Graham as Diana Ross, and Nia Long as Katherine Jackson. Also joining the ensemble are Laura Harrier, Kendrick Sampson, and Juliano Krue Valdi, who portrays a young Michael.
