Nagpur: Shrushti Taksande, a Class 10 student of Central Provincial School, has secured a gold medal at the District-Level Chess Competition organized by the District Sports Office recently.
Competing in the Under-17 girls’ category, Shrushti displayed exceptional skill and composure to emerge victorious. With this win, she has earned a spot in the upcoming Divisional-Level Championship.
Her success is credited to the dedicated guidance of sports teachers Nikhilesh Shikari, Shubham Mate, and Prathamesh Ingole, who trained her rigorously for the event.
School Director Megha Naranware congratulated Shrushti on her remarkable achievement and extended best wishes for her future competitions.
