A two-day workshop on posture correction and movement therapy will be held in the city on April 4 and 5. The sessions will be led by Dr Anushree Duseja, a Masters in Physiotherapy (Coventry) and an Egoscue-certified specialist from California, United States.
Designed for physiotherapists and fitness professionals, the programme will introduce the Egoscue Method—an internationally recognised approach to improving body alignment and managing chronic pain.
Participants will gain hands-on training in posture analysis, corrective exercises, and reformer Pilates techniques to improve movement efficiency. The workshop aims to equip professionals with skills to address the root causes of pain through alignment-based therapy.
