Maharashtra State Examination Council will conduct scholarship examinations for school students on April 26. This year the examination will be held for Standard IV and VII, instead of Standard V and VIII, as per the NEP framework.
The examination will be held in two sessions – from 11 am t0 12.30 pm in Mathematics (100 marks), and Language (50 marks); and from 2 pm to 3.30 pm in Third language (50 marks) and Aptitude Test (100 marks). The examination will be held in Marathi, Urdu, Hindi, Gujarati, English, Telugu and Kannad mediums.
The selected students will be given Rs 500 and Rs 700 per month respectively for three years, as a scholarship for further education.
