With the objective of providing passengers with confirmed berths and ensuring smooth, safe, and comfortable travel during the summer rush, a one-way (01 trip) summer special train is being operated between Panvel and Kharagpur.
Train No. 01123 Panvel–Kharagpur Summer Special will depart from Panvel on April 28, 2026. The train will have commercial halts at Gondia, Durg, Raipur, and Bilaspur stations under South East Central Railway.
Schedule: Train No. 01123 Panvel–Kharagpur Summer Special will leave Panvel at 12:00 hrs on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, and after passing through intermediate stations, will reach Gondia at 03:28 hrs (departure 03:30 hrs), Durg at 05:40 hrs (departure 05:45 hrs), Raipur at 06:20 hrs (departure 06:25 hrs), Bilaspur at 08:05 hrs (departure 08:15 hrs), and will arrive at Kharagpur station at 19:10 hrs.
Coach composition: The train will consist of a total of 20 ICF coaches, including 02 SLRD, 17 sleeper class coaches, and 01 AC-II coach.
Commercial halts: The summer special train will stop at Kalyan, Nashik Road, Manmad, Bhusaval, Akola, Badnera, Wardha, Nagpur, Gondia, Durg, Raipur, Bilaspur, Jharsuguda, Rourkela, Chakradharpur, and Tatanagar stations en route.
